🍓Strawberry Hearts Pillsbury™ Brownies Recipe
Would you love to make some brownies for your Valentines? Well I’ve got some super easy Strawberry Hearts Pillsbury™ Brownies for you to make! I stocked up on Pillsbury™ Brownies and Pillsbury™ frosting at Walmart to make these Valentine’s brownies for my husband and kids. I surprised my kids when they came home from school today and they were so excited to eat them! It was a great way to mix up our afternoon and try a new treat. I want to help you save money on Pillsbury™ with Ibotta, a free app that pays you cash rebates.
I shopped at Walmart for Pillsbury™ Brownies and Frosting in the baking aisle so I could stock up and always be ready to bake up something sweet! I always keep Pillsbury™ Brownie mixes in my pantry because it’s such a quick way to mix up dessert. I added one new ingredient for a fruity twist on the classic brownie – Strawberry Preserves. It’s a fun way to change the taste of the brownies and it’s a nice surprise to bite into when you get to the middle of your brownie.
I love the large conversation hearts and stuck them to my brownies using Pillsbury™ strawberry frosting. Here is my recipe for Strawberry Hearts Pillsbury™ Brownies so you can make it too!
Strawberry Hearts Pillsbury™ Brownies
Ingredients:
1 box Pillsbury™ Brownies
2/3 cup oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 container Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme Strawberry frosting
Strawberry Preserves
Large conversation hearts candy
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Prepare brownies according to package directions, except add a small amount of Strawberry Preserves in the middle of each brownie
3. Bake in squares in metal pan according to package directions
4. After brownies cool, add just enough Strawberry frosting to use as “glue” to secure one large conversation heart onto.

🍅Campanelle Italian Casserole Recipe
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Progresso™. The opinions and text are all mine.
There’s nothing more comforting than a casserole in the oven! I’ve got a delicious comfort food recipe to share with you: Campanelle Italian Casserole made with Progresso™ Bread Crumbs Italian Style that I purchased at Walmart. Eating this casserole brings back memories of when we were vacationing in Breckenridge and were in need of comfort food in our snowy setting!

I shopped at Walmart for my Progresso™ Bread Crumbs Italian Style in the baking aisle and I made an amazing deal discovery! We always keep Progresso™ Bread Crumbs stocked in our pantry because we use them in many ways including topping a casserole and for breading chicken and fish. Ok – are you ready to learn about my amazing deal?

If you buy the 15 oz. size of Progresso™ Bread Crumbs Italian Style it costs $1.72. But if you buy the 40 oz. size of Progresso™ Bread Crumbs Italian Style it costs only $1.88 – that’s only 16 cents more for 25 more ounces of product! What a great deal – I actually shared it with a fellow shopper who was also buying bread crumbs and she was thrilled! Please note that prices may vary by store and online.

Now that you know how to get a great deal on Progresso™ Bread Crumbs, you can make my Campanelle Italian Casserole recipe. The campanelle pasta noodle is not as well-known but I like it because it’s small and curly. You may substitute it with another small noodle like macaroni if you wish.
Here is my recipe for Campanelle Italian Casserole. I love it because it’s a one-dish meal complete with meat and vegetables. It also would freeze well and it is fabulous for taking to a friend when you’ve got it to the point where it’s oven-ready.
Campanelle Italian Casserole
Ingredients:
1 box (1 lb) of Campanelle Pasta Noodles (or another small noodle)
1 lb italian seasonsed ground turkey
1 package (10.5 oz) fresh italian vegetable blend
1 package (16 oz) fresh cauliflower crumbles
2 jars (16 oz each) alfredo sauce
4 drops hot pepper sauce
2 1/2 cups finely shredded parmesan cheese
1 container (15 oz) of Progresso™ Bread Crumbs Italian Style
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
2. Prepare pasta according to package directions to be cooked “al dente”
3. While pasta is cooking, saute the ground turkey in a skillet on the stove until well done
4. In a large bowl, mix vegetables, pasta, turkey, alfredo sauce and hot pepper sauce
5. In a small bowl, mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs for casserole topping
6. Spoon casserole mixture into oven-safe dishes and top with casserole topping. You will likely have leftover topping which you can refrigerate and use for a different recipe
7. Bake casserole for 25 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
I hope you enjoy this comfort food recipe as much as my family did and that it takes you back to memories of snowy mountain retreats!
