Get a full rebate on PediaSure (up to $12.99) if you submit the required information by July 31. Just fill out your information, then you can print a customized rebate form. Although you must make your purchase before July 31, your form does not need to be received until August 31 in order to receive this rebate. I already did the PediaSure rebate when I saw the form in the Sunday coupon insert, but thanks to Savvy Mom Finds I found out that the rebate form is also available online to print.
