Thanks for your email asking about the timing of my daily email updates to subscribers. My daily email is sent out automatically at around 7 am (CT) every morning. It’s a “snapshot” of any new blog posts since the last email that was sent out – so if is always a roundup of what’s new over the past 24 hours.
