I closed out of everything, re-opened and added it to my order, and now it shows free shipping. So I’m not sure what happened, but everything is OK now.

How do you get the free shipping? When I get to the shipping options page, Standard (14 days) costs $6.50. Is the free shipping only for certain shirt designs? I chose the one that says “World’s Greatest Dad according to” with a caricature.
I choose the design above (uploaded my own photo) and standard shipping was free. I’m going to go try the shirt you selected and see what I get for shipping. I’ll let you know!
