Tried and at bricks it said I've already printed the number of allowed times, and I hadn't and didn't.

I took the pledge and tried printing the coupon and it told me that I had already printed the coupon…which I didn't…so how can we still get a coupon after making the pledge?Thanks.

Coupons must be gone because it told me I'd already printed it (which I hadn't) boo!
I went to get my BOGO egg coupon. It said "ready to print" and then told me I'd already printed the allotted number of coupons. I haven't printed any yet! Help!
