McDonald’s of Greater Houston is offering a free breakfast to students in grades 3rd through 8th taking the STAAR (State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness) Test. This offer is valid for dine-in only on Tuesday, March 29th between 6 and 9 AM with a parent or guardian present. Teachers may receive the same free breakfast with a valid school I.D. This free breakfast offer is also being offered to students in the San Antonio, Austin, Waco and Dallas areas.
Students will receive their choice of an Egg McMuffin or Fruit and Maple Oatmeal, apple slices, and their choice of 1% low fat milk or a Minute Maid Apple Juice Box. Research shows that children who eat breakfast show improvements in math, reading and standardized test scores.
