I found sandals for my son “Arizona Lil Caden Toddlers Sandal” (originally $28.00) for $10.99 on clearance – so take $10 off and then just pay $0.99 for Toddler Sandals (shipping is free). Guess what size your kids will be in next year to plan for next summer! Please be aware that sometimes if a coupon code is not listed on the Ebates site, the use of it may cancel out your cash back. But I usually get the cash back even though I used other coupon codes. Last time JCPenney offered this coupon code, I shopped through Ebates and they did credit my account for the cash back.

Yeah – the free shipping has been fixed – you can now get free shipping on sandals without having to call the CS rep!
cs rep says that sandals and slippers are excluded from the ‘free shipping’ deal…but website does NOT reflect these exclusions…so I complained…after speaking with her supervisor & looking at the leopard ballerina shoe I ordered, they decided to give me free shipping, along with the $10 off $10 promo code. MANY cheap shoes are sold out, have to click on many to find one available and in stock.
UGH! Shopping the JC Penny clearance section is INFURIATING!!! Every time I add an item to my cart, it says that the item is unavailable. I even got to checkout with a few items and THEN it said unavailable. I think I give up!

Whenever this code comes out, I try to use it and it always says the item is not available when I put it in my cart no matter what I choose. I would like to use it to get some sandals for our son.

I used a $10 of $10 JC Penny code that I had found on one of these blogs a few months ago and by using it, I was automatically signed up for Home Service Plus or something like that which was billed to my account at $13/month.
I haven’t heard of that happening before, certainly hasn’t happened to me (I do use all coupon codes I post). Call JCPenney customer service to complain and get a refund.

You can use the code more then once. I placed one order already, was going to place a slipper order, but they didnt include free shipping. Will be ordering something else tonight though!! Oh ad ebates is at 6% right now!
I got all the way to the payment screen and it said that the discount will only apply if you use a MasterCard to pay for it.

IMPORTANT! Long story short, the free shipping never got applied to my order, so I called the company. Apparently there’s a glitch — slippers & sandals are NOT supposed to be part of the free shipping, but the website says “all” and “no exclusions.” The lady I spoke to said she figured the website would be changed soon… So I guess you can try to get your order in before they change it and then call to “complain” that you were still charged shipping (and get them to redo your order) or just order something other than slippers/sandals and not deal with the hassle. Hope it works for y’all! (She did end up redoing my order, total of $3.15!! :) )
