You missed this coupon but I’ve got more Coupons for you to save with. Update 9/18: As I predicted, Sears has retracted their printable $10 off $10 coupon. But you should still be able to use the online coupon code and the paper coupon found in Seventeen magazine.
I just used the $10 off $10 Sears coupon online and it’s a little finnicky to use it. First of all, it appears that the items in the “Intimates” category don’t apply for this coupon (no cheap socks for me!). And it looks like that $10 will be deducted from a $10 item or more (or your most expensive item). When I added several of those cheap $3 t-shirts the coupon seemed to only want to deduct $4.99 from one item in my cart (not the full $10). So I tried picking out a $10 t-shirt and the coupon code worked perfectly for that. But most of the items in the Juniors section online are not available to pick-up in-store so you do have to pay shipping which was $6.25 for that t-shirt. So, not bad to get this $22 t-shirt for $6.25 shipped to your house – but not nearly as fabulous as an online coupon as it could have been.
Do you have a subscription to Seventeen magazine? Well Coupon Dad just told me that on the inside the front cover of the October issues is a coupon for $10 off any Juniors Apparel purchase at Sears that is valid starting Tuesday, Sept. 15 and ending Saturday, Nov. 14. Coupon Dad also has a complete list of all the coupons inside Seventeen magazine. But wait – because there’s a $10 off $10 coupon code too that we all can use!
Everyone can use the coupon code 17SEARSAPPAREL for $10 off any $10 Juniors Apparel purchase and get 2% cash back thru Ebates at Sears.com. Find an item that you can pick-up in-store to avoid shipping. Type in “Juniors Clothing” to browse the department and skip the “Intimates” section because it doesn’t seem to work in that category. You can use both the coupon in the catalog in-store and the coupon code online. There are some exclusions; like you can’t combine this discount with another and you can’t use it on Lands’ End or Outlet Store purchases.
I recommend shopping at Sears thru Ebates for 2% cash back. And if you are new to using Ebates you also get a $5 bonus just for signing-up.
I went in today 9/18/09 and therewas a sign that stated that sears corp was no longer accepting any $10.00 off coupons per corp.
Well, I got a great deal with this coupon on tuesday, but then took my sister over today to try to use it and they wouldn't let me. :( Also no reason why. . .but I did try to tell her that I just used it on Tuesday and she said they just got notice TODAY that they cannot accept the internet coupons. On Tuesday, I bought 5 cute shirts for my daughter and my niece for $7!! Original value was $60!! (most of them were on clearance, then add in the coupon — they even let me use two coupons, but only with separate transactions) which was fine by me! :)
my friend pulled the coupon from the Seventeen magazine. She went into Sears in Dallas and they said it was the only one they are accepting. They commented on a lot of people coming in with the printed coupon from Surviving the Stores, which they will not accept. Just FYI…
I went to my Sear's today and they had a printed piece of paper that told the register person that they were no longer taking the coupons. I was pretty upset because they couldn't give me a reason.
Sears is now saying the coupon is fake (printable version) Yet to get an official Sears reply. http://www.mypennypile.com/2009/09/sears-no-longer-accepting-printable.html
thanks for the tips everybody!!
I went to my sears in fort wayne IN and I tried it on a shirt that was 9.99 but it wouldnt work and the lady told me that it must be for on line only and that i could not use it. then i asked another lady and she said you couldnt use it on one item. My Sears is retarded. So I left. Maybe Ill try it on a 12 dollar shirt some other time.
I used to coupon on $12.99 yoga pants in store. I guess it was the first one she had seen because even though it worked she called a manager to make sure it was ok. Whatever. Anyway, I got my pants for $3.00! Yay! TX
I printed the coupon and took it into my Sears today. They rang up four $3.00 shirts from Juniors totally $12 and then scanned the coupon to give me $10 off. I asked them what would have happened if it were just three shirts totaling under $10 and they said the coupon would not have worked. I am in Phoenix, AZ.
Yeah, I used this online for my daughter who is 8 but wears jr. sized clothes. I was trying to find a $10 area item, but of course, she found a $30 dress that she fell in LOVE with. And a hat (code didn't work on hat alone)….so I ended up spending way more than I normally do for a "deal".I had 3-$5 gift cards from a Sears Facebook promo a while ago and even with those, my total was still just over $40 with shipping and tax.I got to use paypal for the balance thoughc so that was nice. If the daughter weren't involved I'd have probably given up on this one had I seen my cart with the shipping, etc. in it…but she is happy with the items.Overall, this deal ended up flaking to a C- for me! I think the in store coup is the way to go. But you never know till ya try! Thanks for looking out for us!
I went to my Sears in Crystal Lake, Illinois. You need to purchase an item from D02 in Juniors to make this offer good. I found three items for a total of $11.97 minus my $ 10.00 my out of pocket was $ 2.12. Thanks for the early Christmas for my teenage daughter.
