Yeah, the Pamper's site is definitely a pain. I'll never get enough points through them or HuggiesRewards to earn anything. That's their point, though…"reward" us with meaningless points to get us to buy more stuff. We get the diapers, but they get all the rewards.
I have had a problem with their website from day one. It is one of the slowest websites I ever visit. And to have to re-enter my password to view my points is such a headache since it takes forever.

The site has been so slow I can't even get on to add my points. I emailed pampers about it and they told me things to do w/ my computer to try to fix the problem…I had already tried these prior to their response. So…I think it's their website, not ALL of our computers.
My name is Pattie and I work for Pampers in Consumer Care. We did make some changes to our Gifts To Grow program. As one person said, we multiplied the points you had x10. And now, you'll get more points for premium products such as Cruisers. If anyone had trouble with their new points converting over, call the Gifts To Grow Team at 1-866-661-0671. We're also working on getting the site to run quicker! You can always try a different internet browser, like Firefox, to see if that helps in the meantime.

They change the way points are calculated. Basically, all points are x10 now, so they also took your balance x10, giving you the extra thousand

NO. I thought the same thing. They changed the way they do their points. All the items are now upped in points the same value YOUR points have been upped.
