I got the all of the items in this photo for FREE by taking advantage of Walmart’s low prices and using coupons. Walmart did not mail me any free samples this past week, which is fairly unusual. Most people don’t know that Walmart wants to mail them free samples, maybe you should tell a friend or two. You can email them the link to this post:
I finally subscribed to All You, I’ll […]
Update: Looks like this free service is no longer available.
Corissa sent me this email about how she got a free phone number:
I saw one of your readers was wary of giving out her phone number. I wanted to tell you about what we do. My husband set up a free VOIP (voice over IP) phone number with www.talkdigits.com. He set it up about a year ago, and it has always been completely free for us. […]
Get a free sample of Nature Made Multi Complete Liquid Softgel from Walmart. I don’t know what size this sample is, but the photo above is the last sample I received (14-day supply). Nature Made is so wonderful about sending out free samples! And it is so affordable to buy with the frequent “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” sales, manufacturer’s coupons, and more coupons for joining the Nature Made Wellness Rewards […]
I have some updates for you on rebates I’ve mentioned before, as well as some rebates that may be new for you:

The winners will be randomly drawn on January 8, 2009. If you win the free bottle of Advil, you will receive a coupon in the mail. You’ve got a long wait to get your prize – but what a nice surprise to […]
I love the food and beverage samples I get in the mail because they are usually for new products I’ve never tried before. I also thought it would be worth mentioning the vitamins and nutritional supplements since there are some great samples of those as well right now. These types of samples typically are not available for as long as other types of samples like beauty products because they just appeal to more people. I wanted to do a roundup […]
Sorry, no longer available. Get a free sample of Gillette Body Wash from P&G.; You’re free sample should arrive in 6-8 weeks.
Update 7/5/08: I got my free sample in the mail (no coupon)! It’s a 1.7 fl. oz. bottle, just like you would find in the travel section of Walmart for 79 cents. This free sample is still available to request.
Update 6/26/08: I got my first issue of All You and my subscription is through September 2010! It worked! Now I’ll write “Cancel” on my subscription bill from All You to cancel my free trial.
Update – Adrienne just told me that she found a better price for an All You subscription – 15 issues for $12 if you order at KathrynBeich.com (no longer available). I have never ordered from this website and have never even […]
I’m going to start sharing with you what freebies I’m getting in my mailbox each week. This will be a great place for me to introduce my new readers to some great free sample offers that are still available. It’s also a great way to learn things from my readers about what they are getting for free.
These are the free samples I received in the mail this week. I’m leaving out the ones I got […]
