The best way to find your coupons when you need them is to file them as soon as possible! I wrote about my coupon filing system, but you need to set-up your own unique system that will work for you. I find that if I file my coupons the day I receive them (in the mail, from the paper, from a friend) then I am more likely to be able to find the coupons I want. Sometimes I let the coupons stack up: and then I start looking for a coupon – I know I’ve seen it – I start frantically sifting through my stack of coupons that have yet to be filed – where is it? I have learned my lesson – file it immediately! It’s something you could even do while watching your favorite TV program. You’ll thank yourself later!
