CVS $3 Birthday Gift

by Freebies4Mom on May 6, 2010 12:39 pm

Get a coupon to Save $3 on anything at CVS for your birthday when you have an ExtraCare card (and you attach your card to an online CVS account).  Go check to see if you already have an online account – or create one if you don’t.  I just got my coupon by email and I have 10 days to use it (I used it for free chocolate).  What a great birthday gift from CVS!  The coupon amount might vary, let me know what CVS sends you for your birthday!

I got one via snail mail two years ago but they forgot me last year. 🙁 My birthday is coming up so we'll see what happens this year, I'm crossing my fingers! 🙂

You should do a birthday present freebie section…. I just had my birthday last week and got a $10 gift from Cost Plus World Market with their rewards club, and a free dessert from Jack in the box… wonder how many other places give birthday gifts 😉

Thanks for the info! I just signed up, so we'll see what I get since my birthday is on the 14th!!Also, I signed up with Firehouse Subs, they send you a postcard for a free medium sandwich. Starbucks sent a postcard for any free drink, Maggie Moo's sent an email for a free cup or cone, Orange Julius (although we don't have one in my area) emailed a free 16 oz drink. I think I have a few more, but that's some of the free stuff I got!!

Pauline – You have to have your email address linked to your CVS ExtraCare card in order to get the birthday gift.
