I love the food and beverage samples I get in the mail because they are usually for new products I’ve never tried before. I also thought it would be worth mentioning the vitamins and nutritional supplements since there are some great samples of those as well right now. These types of samples typically are not available for as long as other types of samples like beauty products because they just appeal to more people. I wanted to do a roundup […]

Update 7/5/08: I got my free sample in the mail (no coupon)! It’s a 1.7 fl. oz. bottle, just like you would find in the travel section of Walmart for 79 cents. This free sample is still available to request.

Update – Adrienne just told me that she found a better price for an All You subscription – 15 issues for $12 if you order at KathrynBeich.com (no longer available). I have never ordered from this website and have never even […]

I’m going to start sharing with you what freebies I’m getting in my mailbox each week. This will be a great place for me to introduce my new readers to some great free sample offers that are still available. It’s also a great way to learn things from my readers about what they are getting for free.

These are the free samples I received in the mail this week. I’m leaving out the ones I got […]

Are you a fan of Sandra Lee? I’m attracted to the “semi-homemade” part of her cooking philosophy. I did get her cookbook above from a limited-time free book offer from Huggies, but haven’t tried any recipes from it yet. Sign-up for a free membership in the Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade Club and you […]

I continue to be impressed by Catalog Choice, a free service to easily stop the catalogs from appearing in your mailbox. I now have 36 catalog opt-out requests on my list, and most of them I am no longer getting. The great thing about Catalog Choice is that if you continue to receive a catalog after “opting-out” you can report […]

I was asked if there are coupons for the new Wish-Bone Bountifuls dressing that you can buy next weekend (Friday, May 30 – Sunday,June 1) and receive a full rebate. The answer is YES!
