Looks like your device is not supported by AT&T for the Amazon Appstore (but if you don’t use AT&T maybe it is supported?). Ask your cell phone provider.
The Amazon Appstore for Android is now available on select AT&T Android mobile devices (requires firmware version 2.2 or greater):
