I tried all day yesterday since you posted this until midnight CST, then again at 7am. I am really mad that this is over & I wanted to get this for my son for his birthday, since his birthday is close to the holidays and my husband was laid off work a few months back. There are no words. I am just angry.

I started trying as soon as Heather posted about this yesterday and tried up until around 11pm EST last night, couldn’t get through. I tried again around 8am this morning for about an hour and it wouldn’t go through and now they’ve taken down the link so I guess that’s it. I’m not sure why, but even after I log out and then come back to click the link again, I have no problem getting to the order page. I have no idea if this is expired or not. I already ordered mine so I won’t go all the way through the order process, but it may not actually have ended yet. Try clearing your Internet settings (cookies, etc.) and trying again.

It’s also massively unfair, if the page will still load for some but others get the “promotion over” page. I would have loved to get this for my son, but it’s a nice perk not a guarenteed thing. Some people will get it but not all. I just wish that if it was over they would take the page/link down…no reason to leave it up.

I am still able to access the site also. And regarding the email confirmation, I didn’t see that on my page. My page said “Order Confirmation–Thank you for your order. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery.” Then below there is a link you can click that says “Click here to print your order.” If you click there, an invoice comes up. I printed that for my records.

9:59 AM…got the confirmation page. I kept hitting the back button after hitting page 2 (after having entered all my info and saved it), and I finally got to the page where you hit “submit.” I ended up at the confirmation page with the “allow 6-8 weeks for delivery” statement. I hadn’t seen the posts saying it wasn’t available anymore, so I think I just got lucky ’cause my info was already in there?

I have been trying since 6am Eastern. It’s currently 830. NO LUCK. 🙁 It used to take me up to step 3 before it quit, and now I can’t even get past the “Enter your country” page. I am not getting the “high volume” message anymore, it just goes back to the same “enter your country” step every time. Bummer. I keep telling myself not to be upset over a FREE toy. It’s not like I’m actually out anything but my time. I just don’t like feeling like I am losing at the game! I will keep trying until I see an official “this offer has expired” message…

I am so upset I spent 2 1/2 hours to get this go thru the process to get to the end and it says to call these numbers. Are you kidding??? Now in reality what did you think the response would be on something like this we ALL love it. I am so disappointed. I am on disability and I get very little and was so hoping to give this to one of the 15 grandkids or one of the two great grandkids. Now it looks like I won’t have it to give. Just really so disappointing after I got thru it and it thot geee it L@@ks like I am going to get this done. Mistaken. Is there anyway the company can help those that did spend our time to try to do this offer. I am sure there are many with the economy bad in the same sad situation as I find myself. Don’t bother calling. The guy I talked to told me this is an online only deal and they can’t really do anything except tell you to keep trying. I have been trying for a while!!

This is still not working…Took ten minutes to get an Unable to complete order due to high demand yada yada. I sure hope it works later on tonight..my daughter will love this toy:)

I called, too, and they were very nice, but said that it had to be completed online, so keep trying. It’s frustrating, but hopefully it will be worth it in the end. My grandson would love this!

I am getting the same problems as well. I am going to try to the website later. i get all the way the 2nd to last page and it is saying due to high volume.

In about 20 mins of trying, I got to step 2 “Shipping info and Billing Info” and when I hit “continue checkout” it says high volume. I have tried hitting the back button and hitting “continue checkout” again. But in three tries, it won’t go past step 2.

Well at 3:00 EST I started this process and after about 15 minutes and i did manage to get to the order and shipping page, but then says, too high of volume to try later…

I think I am just giving up on this one, its not worth being frustrated and its slowing everything on my computer. Guess its like the rebates that companies do and expect less traffic then they should, come on fisher-price its almost Christmas of course people are going to want to snag this.

No credit card needed, just name and address. I’ve gotten all the way through the process too, but then it times out when I try to complete the order. :/

Same thing happened to me as Dianna — went through the whole painstakingly slow process only to get “Due to high contact volume, we are unable to complete your order at this time.
Please come back or call the appropriate number below to complete this process.” I might try the phone number, cuz DS would really love one of these toys! Thanks for sharing this one!!!

it’s 1:50 pm eastern and it didn’t work for me either..got to the end then it said due to high volumes ck back later. I’m sure it will be up soon though. Didn’t they give away free DVDs last year..boys and girls ones? I got a couple.

It is 1:24 Eastern time- went through the process slow going that!- and then it said they were experiencing problems and to try again later:(- so so far it’s not working as far as i know- but I’ll keep trying, my little ones would enjoy this- thanks for sharing!
