Well, I guess Amazon wants to be able to charge their customers if they do make a purchase above $0.00 so that they have a way to charge them. I don’t know a way around the requirement. Amazon is one of my favorite online retailers to buy from because I find good deals and it’s easy for me to return anything if needed.
