Here’s how to take advantage of this rebate offer:
Buy one package of Tyson Chicken Nuggets and/or Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips and get a free Kodak photo book. You’ll have until November 30 to use your credit for a free photo book.
Buy 2 packages of Tyson Chicken Nuggets and/or Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips and get a free Fun Pass. The Fun Pass is good for one free admission to a family venue such as mini-golf, go-carts, bowling, museums and zoos.
Buy 3 packages of Tyson Chicken Nuggets and/or Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips and get a free salon treatment. Salon treatments vary from salon to salon but may include services such as manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing, make-up application or consultation and more. You have until November 30 to use your salon treatment.
You’ll need the UPCs from the Tyson packages before you can find out the details on the Fun Pass and spa treatment. Your purchase must be made between May 1 and May 31 and the rebate form must be postmarked by June 15, 2011.

Apparently not all Tyson Chicken Nuggets apply. I bought 3 bags of them last week and website said they were not valid products. I bought mine at Sam’s Club and the packaging looks a little different but they say Tyson Chicken Nuggets so I would think they should be valid.
That’s not good! What size were the packages you bought? I’ll update my post
so others know. I also encourage you to give Tyson feedback about their
promotion.
I contacted Tyson and they said that products from wholesale clubs do not apply. Only these products apply:

I have 4 bags on one receipt, but I can only choose one prize, right? hmmm. I love photobooks, but the spa treatment sounds too good to be true. Wish I could view the listing of salons to check where and what they are :)
