Mine is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. So far I'm not impressed but hoping my canvas looks decent, as I upgraded to the 16×20 and paid $34 total for it. My order status online showed as "In production" for a week and said "expected to ship within 2 days". I had to email them twice to find out exactly what the status was on my order.
I had a problem with the first picture I uploaded- I had taken it off facebook and the quality was too grainy to reproduce onto the canvas. I uploaded a new photo that night, and have been in contact with their Support people several times since then and it is still "in production." It has been two weeks. I wish I had read these comments earlier, as I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place- especially if, after all of this stress- the quality isn't even worth it. I'm extremely disappointed.
I ordered mine, havent' received it yet. checked in thier "check order status" page…doesn't show. contacted them twice…won't respond. Now Im just trying to figure out how to get my money back from them.
I just received my 8×10 canvas photo. Poor quailty. I'm not pleased with it at all. The colors are off, the picture is not centered, and the stapling around the frame is horrible. Not really worth the $14.99 shipping. I had read a few other posts saying they were not pleased with this item, I thought I'd give them a shot and see for myself. I will never purchase from them again.
I've done this before and it's not even worth the S/H. My pic was not even centered properly and it's a very poor job that they did overall.
