I got mine a few days ago, thought the packaging was excessive as well.
Don’t bother! I got my sample yesterday and am APPALLED at the waster of packaging! They had a huge, rectangular piece of foam with two samples inside. If it had been sent it cardboard, I could have recycled it.
I encourage you to send feedback to Finish about the packaging of their free sample.
I think this is a scam. I tried and tried but it would not let me submit. I tried almost everything except accepting spam, etc. Now I’m very frustrated that I wasted a like and time with them.
I’m sorry it didn’t work for you, but it is not a scam – they are really sending out free samples. I just got mine yesterday. I encourage you to leave a comment on their Facebook page asking them for help in requesting this free sample. Sometimes problems with free sample forms are resolved by switching to a different browser. I recommend trying Google Chrome.
