When I printed out the form the rules printed on it said “This ORIGINAL form must accompany your request.” So, does that mean there are original forms out there somewhere that we need and they will not honor the ones printed online? I am afraid to buy the Woolite if there’s a chance I won’t get the rebate!
It means the form that you printed out. I bought the Woolite with a tag that said “Try me free”. It said to print out the form from the website.
