I was really surprised to receive a can of Progresso Soup in my mailbox because I was expecting to receive a free product coupon to redeem for a can of Progresso Soup. It costs more money to send a full-size freebie rather than a free product coupon, but it’s a more direct way of getting free products to consumers. Did you get a can of Progresso too? It was an offer for those subscribed the Betty Crocker enewsletters. Every month they mail out 10,000 free samples to enewsletter subscribers. Take a peak into my “FreeBox” (it’s my mailbox, but only filled with freebies, coupons and hot deals) and find out how to fill your mailbox with freebies:
FREEBOX CHECK February 7: Schiff MegaRed 3-day sample, Just 6 dog food sample from Rachael Ray, RepHresh Sample Kit (first time visitors to their website might get offered a free sample), Kleenex Cool Touch (Sam’s Club), Christie Brinkley Skincare samples, Dove Hair Care sample, $25 Victoria’s Secret gift card (sweeps prize), Magazines: Redbook, Marie Claire, Glamour, Chevy, Tennis, Entrepreneur, Cruise Travel, Horse & Rider, Opera News

i get the enewsletter but couldn’t figure out how to get the freebie. :(
When they offer a free sample in a newsletter you need to look for the graphic to click on. If you’re one of the first 10,000 then you’ll see a form to fill out to get your free sample by mail.
