Did you know that Nakano is low calorie and a great substitute for other condiments that may contain lots of fat?  Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegars are not only low in calories but are all natural, non fat, gluten free and contain no preservatives.  I love splashing Nakano on my salads for a light salad dressing.  I recently started exploring new recipes using Nakano and found a winner with Hot and Sour Soup using Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar.  It is truly delicious and I think the Nakano helps add just the right flavor to this soup.
