This free event has ended, but find upcoming FreebiEvents here. Attend a free health screening at your local Sam’s Club Saturday, January 11 from 11 am-3 pm. This month’s screening is “New Year, New You” (valued at up to $100) and includes glucose, total cholesterol, blood pressure, Body mass index (BMI) and Vision screening/testing. All tests are performed by a licensed professional at clubs with a Pharmacy. Membership not required. Please check with your local Sam’s Club for participation.
