An amazing opportunity to test and give feedback on shoes and apparel when you apply for the New Balance Wear Test Program. Thanks goes to Free Sample Freak for the heads up about this product testing program. They have openings for adults and kids, look at the specific categories at the bottom of the application page. The application to complete is a long one and asks for detailed information about your athletic activities and your measurements. Don’t apply for the program unless you read and understand the requirements for being a tester.
the tested products will have already been seen by the time the testing is done
The reason for the return is it is a test. They need the shoe to see how it wears and what works and what doesn't. As the tester you can comment on wear-ability and comfort but you are not qualified to analyze the shoe itself for the specifics of design they are also interested in.
My guess is that New Balance requires the tested products to be returned because these are new products that have not been released in the market. So they wouldn't want their competition to get a hold of them – just a guess.-HeatherFreebies 4 Mom
I guess it's not really a problem that they want you to return the products, but what are they going to do with it? I mean, it's likely to be all worn and smelly by the time you're finished with them.
what is the point if they want you to return the products even if it is a fun thing to do
Doesn't seem worth it to me when you have to return the product. I wear their product, report back to them, do everything they say, and then I have to send it back??? Crazy! I'm sure others don't agree with me, and for those people, I hope you have fun with it! :)
It sucks you have to return the product :(
This was a little weird to me, they had the longest terms of agreements ever! Great Thing to do though, they have great products.
I signed up. They said I might have to wait for an opening.
Was very quick and easy to fill out.. Seems kinda fun!
