Does anyone actually get their rewards? I've ordered two Huggies coupons now and haven't received either one. I complained and they said they can't do anything about it – they won't resend the coupon or credit back the points.

I've gotten my coupons in the mail that I requested from RecycleBank. It's possible that they sent your coupons, but they got lost in the mail. Sorry – wish they would be willing to send them again!

I almost threw mine away when I got it in the mail. It wasn't a plain coupon. You have to detach it from a letter if I recall correctly. Be careful not to throw it away!

I've always received mine.

On one occasion I ordered coupons and it took several weeks to receive them, I contacted recyclebank and they appologized and resent them.  I received one set, then a week or so later, I got another set.  I just wish there were more “print at home” coupons, and that they would bring back some of the really good coupons!
