Pilgrim’s Pride is having a sweepstakes for a Fire Magic Grill for those who vote for their favorite chicken recipe from a list of 19. I normally don’t enter sweepstakes, but my interest was caught because the first 5,000 entrants will receive the “Simply the Best Chicken Cookbook” (sorry, they’ve already received 5,000 requests!). I believe that this promotion just started in the new year, so chances are good that you will be in the first 5,000. I’m keeping my fingers crossed! And I’ve just printed out my favorite recipe from the list to try. Update: I just received this hardback, 158-page cookbook in the mail today (February 4) and I was impressed with the number of recipes and number of photos. They are offering additional copies of this recipe cookbook for $$15.95 plus shipping. I hope that you got yours too!
