Ugh – I’ll update this post to warn people! I don’t know what to say except try it on another day. I didn’t request my sample until after I got Sara’s message and I did not get the “birth year invalid” error.

Sara – I didn’t have any problems with this form submitting for me, so all I can say is try again later? They only ask for your date of birth to confirm you are over 13. Hope it will work for you when you try again, sorry!
