Veterans and active duty military take your pick of free things to enjoy to honor you for your service. As always, it’s a good idea to double check with your local store for participation.
Saturday, November 11
Texas Roadhouse: Free Lunch from the Veterans Day menu for active, former and retired military with military I.D. 11 am-3 pm.
Great Clips Salons: Receive a free haircut that day or receive a free haircut card. Non-military customers who stop in for a service can receive a free haircut card to give to a veteran.
National Parks: Free entrance to more than 100 national parks that usually charge admission. If you are active duty military, you and your dependents qualify for the FREE Annual Pass program America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass.
Applebees: Free meal for veterans and active duty military when they show proof of military service.
Olive Garden: Free meal for veterans and active duty.
Krispy Kreme: Free doughnut and small coffee
Denny’s: Free Build Your Own Grand Slam from 5 am to Noon for active, non-active and retired military personnel.
Shoney’s: Free breakfast buffet from 6 -11 am for veterans and active duty military with proof of military service.
Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt: FREE 6 oz. frozen yogurt for all veterans.
California Pizza Kitchen: Free entree from the special menu for veterans and active duty military with proof of service or in uniform.
