Get 30 Free Prints from York Photo when you sign-up for a new account. Fortunately they have very reasonable shipping fees, it looks like $2.46 for an order of 30 prints. Update: Try using the code SHIP4X6 for free shipping. It’s worked for two of my readers and it’s got a high success rate on RetailMeNot!
I like to take advantage of the different free print offers because I use photos to make cards, scrapbook, frame, and create photo gifts. I save the promotional magnets I get in the mail and stick photos on top of them and give them to friends for their fridge. I can always find something to do with photos, like decorating a car wash bucket for my Frugal Father’s Day gift. What creative things do you like to do with your photos?
I also signed up and got 20 free prints. But 20 is better than none! Also, trying to use the ship4x6 for free shipping but it’s not working for me. I have an email into their customer service dept.
I just signed up and it only gave me 20 free photos.
Free pictures make great placemats. You can use a cup to draw a circle around the portion of the picture you want, then cut them out. If you prefer sharp angles, just fit the pictures together uncut. They have lamenant (sp) that has a sticky back. You put that over the pictures to keep them safe and to keep them where you want. It’s a great kid’s craft, and they love having pictures of them where they sit at the table. They’re also great gifts your child can give and say they made themselves. This also works great with old cards (Chirstmas cards for that time of the year or Birthday cards to make the birthday girl/boy feel special, etc).
Use the code SHIP4X6 for free shipping, and get the 30 prints entirely free! The York site seems like an exact replica of Shutterfly – only cheaper. Not sure if that’s a good or a bag thing (don’t like it when people copy!).
