Great information on DIY Face Mask filter materials if you are making a face mask with filter pocket like I am. I decided to use a 13 MERV air filter disassemble it so I can cut the filter fabric using my pattern. I’ve made one face mask so far and am currently working on three face masks so I ordered another air filter to use.
I’m ordering the Accumulair Diamond 16x24x1 (15.5×23.5) MERV 13 Air Filter/Furnace Filter again on Amazon because it’s in-stock and only costs $14.99. I found it was easy to take this air filter apart to use the filter material for my filter inserts for my hand-sewn face masks.
