You must go through the same day pick up premium card 6 pack to get it to work. If you create your order any other way it won’t register your browser should start with something like this- I already closed it so similar

Thanks for posting. This code did not work for me. It said it either had expired or was not valid yet. I left the card in my cart hoping something would change. Any ideas?
