No, there are too many catches in this deal. You have to buy the tax program to get $20 back and then you have to submit a bunch of stuff from last years Norton or Symantec to get the other $20 back, not free by no means!
Lousy deal. You don't get $40 back unless you have a previous stand-alone Norton product and are upgrading. Amazon.com is a better deal. This is NOT free!
I used my Swagbucks won Amazon cards to get Norton 2010 1 user for $22.99 and free shipping on Amazon.com if anyone needs Norton.
You can get a $20 rebate without having to purchase the tax program. It the one called Upgrade/Competitive Mail-in Rebate. So I will get a $20 Visa Prepaid Card once I complete the mail-in rebate. My shipping rate was only $3.69.
Yeah shipping is not free either. And of course like someone else already stated you need to purchase a tax program too. Boo. :(
I think it's free if you also purchase Tax software. If I'm reading it right. *** SAVE ADDITIONAL $20 WHEN PURCHASE WITH ANY TAX SOFTWARE (TURBOTAX, H&R; BLOCK) *** * SEE REBATE FOR DETAIL, OFFER EXPIRE 04/17/10 * Limit 1 per Household. (when purchased between 04/02/2010 and 04/08/2010)
The Norton's 1 PC offer is good when you also purchase a tax program. I Continued to look at the Frys other offers for anti-virus programs. I like McAfee and they had it for $79.99 with a $70.00 rebate! I had to pay shipping, but still a great deal! Mine must ran out and I was literally going to Costco today to get McAfee for $79.00. Your posting saved me $63!!! Thanks so much!
