Everytime I try to checkout, snapfish asks me for a credit card number which I do not want to give out. Is it necessary to give out a credit card number (since my total comes to $0.00) to get the offer?
I would call customer service for help, it may be a glitch with their ordering process and if you get live help they can’t put your order through without the credit card number (I hope).

I won a free photo book, back when they had their anniversary sweeps, I am going to cash that credit and use the free shipping… along with my other credits. Makes wonderful gifts. Thanks for the reminder.
