Please note it is optional to sign-up for PinFreeSurveys (just leave that box unchecked). They require you to check one offer, and I recommend selecting Orange Julius. Does your household already have a subscription to this magazine? You should still request this free sample because they should add on to your current subscription. It’s worked for me in the past, you just have to be sure your mailing address is exactly the same so the computer doesn’t think you are two different households.
