Get a free NeilMed NasaDock when you fill out a short survey about using NeilMed’s Neti Pot, Sinus Rinse, NasaMist, or Naso Gel products. If you’ve been following my blog for awhile, you may have received your FREE Neti Pot or FREE Sinus Rinse products in your mailbox (both are still available to try for free, but you must choose one to try for free, you can’t get both). The NasaDock looks like a docking station for the Sinus Rinse Bottle, I’m not sure if it includes the Sinus Rinse bottle shown in the picture.

I keep trying to get the free Neti Pot and everytime I fill out the “Frequently Asked Questions” it keeps sending me up the page and saying survey must be compete, but there are NO empty spaces.
I miss the old freebies4mom.com! I stopped coming bc of the change of website.

I’m sorry to hear that! Believe me I miss the old Freebies 4 Mom format too! I was forced to change because Blogger mistakenly flagged my blog as “spam” and I have no access to it. So I was forced to move to WordPress. Please let me know if you need help finding the freebies you are looking for!
