Anyone else having problems with the system. I live in the Houston area, but when I try to confirm the reservation it seems their system is down.

Yep – unfortunately they didn’t update the Official Rules – this was a national promotion in Aug/Sept that had some technical problems. Looks like they just relaunched it for Houston only.
Not offered in the DFW (texas) area. It’s offered in Houston/Conroe/Woodlands area though.
