Walmart is the best source of free samples. Who else would mail you a pair of Hanes underwear and let you choose the style and size? Walmart sent me mine, and it’s one of the best free samples I’ve ever received. Who else would mail you a Hallmark card like one you would buy at the store for several dollars? Walmart sent me a great Christmas card with a glittery Santa on the front.

If you are very short on time, or you have concerns about giving your contact information to lots of different companies, just stick to the Walmart samples! I list all the new Walmart samples on Freebies 4 Mom that I think most moms would be interested in. To see all of the Walmart samples, visit their “Free Samples” page. They also offer free samples at specific in-store events and by mail for new products that they feature. These are harder to find on their website, but I usually tell everyone about the more exciting ones.

Why do I consider Walmart the best source of free samples? Their offers change every week and they offer a wide variety of product samples. They ship their samples quickly, they say you will receive them within 4 weeks but I often get mine within two weeks of requesting. They have a Privacy Policy in place that protects you from receiving nothing but your free sample. The only downside to the Walmart samples is that they never come with manufacturer’s coupons. But often when a new product comes out and Walmart offers a sample of it, the manufacturer gives out their own samples as well – so you can get double the samples because they come from two different sources. The Walmart samples are extremely popular, so you have to act on requesting yours quickly before their supplies are “sold out”.

February is a month full of Freebie Tips. I encourage you to ask me a question or offer me a tip of your own about requesting free samples and coupons and I may feature it.
