“Don’t be greedy with freebies!”
Northern Cheapskate has a great post today that I want you to read here because it’s a wonderful reminder that all of use can take something from.
Reading it reminded me of one of my freebies sources with this at the top:
“Please only request freebies you actually need and will use!”
I try to bring you the best freebies out there, but be selective and don’t request every single one I list. I request most of the freebies myself because I consider it my job. I’ve got to learn as much as I can about what makes the best freebies worthy to tell you about and which freebies you’ll just never get. When I get freebies that I don’t need, I try to give them to friends who can use them or I donate them.

Thanks Heather for posting this! :-)
I completely agree, although since I dont' work and spend a lot of time online I do order a lot of freebies for my mom to use in her classroom. So many freebies make great donations for teachers, especially those of small children, because teachers have to spend so much of their own money to buy supplies. There are a lot of children who can't afford snack money, either, so those small boxes of cereal and snacks make great donations.
Great tip! That's exactly what I try to do, if it's something that doesn't line up with my family's likes, I don't order it. That being said, sometimes it seems like something you will use and then when you get the sample…it isn't what you expected. I'm still looking for someone to give a sample of body wash (something I use) that came and I can't stand the scent of it (bummer).
