Shutterfly has a huge selection of holiday photo cards this year and I’d like to highlight my three favorite designs. I usually look for photo cards that I can put multiple photos on the front but the reality is that it’s challenging to find the right photos for that type of layout because you have to get the orientation just right. So I took the time to look at every all folded holiday photo cards to find the special ones that included mutiple photos on the inside along with text boxes. These can be used to highlight special events of the year or to highlight each member of your family. And they are easier to create than a multi-photo collage on the front of the card. Here are my three favorite holiday cards:
My favorite card is Holly Jolly Story Christmas 5×7 folded card. When looking for a Christmas card design, I look for something that makes it unique and reflects what my family likes. My boys love to sing “Have a Holly Jolly Christmas” so when I saw this card I knew it would be perfect for us. But the winning design element of this card is the inside where you can include 4 photos with 4 captions and 4 text boxes. If you like the inside layout then you should also checkout Joy Magic Story.
I love cards that have the year on them like Joy Sage Story Christmas 5×7 folded card. And inside you’ll find not four but six places for photos, captions, and text boxes. So this would be a great card to highlight six events of your family’s year. If you like the inside layout then you should also checkout Most Wonderful Story and Joyous Holiday Story.
If you are looking for a flat photo card, then check out the How Holly Story Christmas 5×7 card. I was impressed that you can include so much customized text on the front. Same idea as the folded holiday cards I liked, you can highlight events or highlight family members.
And don’t forget the personalized thank you cards, I like to create thank you’s that can be used all year long.

Picture time
I really like the “Top 10 Moments” and the “Year in Pictures” cards. We are not ordering this year, unless we get the free codes. Otherwise the majority of people will be getting emailed cards. Postage is just too much on top of the cost of cards!
