Print your weekly planner instead of buying one. That’s what I’m doing! I like Amy’s printable Weekly Planner page that she created for her MomAdvice readers. I like the weekly “To Do” list and the ample space provided for writing down what’s going on all 7 days of the week (since the mom “work week” is 7 days long!).
I always go crazy right after Christmas if I don’t have a calendar for January ready to write in, so I’m going to create mine now and put it in a 3-ring binder to keep open by my phone in the kitchen. This will work even better than the types of planners I usually use because each 8.5×11 sheet is one week, so I can arrange the pages to view 2 weeks at one time. This will help me look ahead to the week coming up without flipping the page. Thanks Amy!

There's an awesome set of free templates to make your own photo calendar up at Manda Girl.http://mandagirl.com/2009/12/18/2010-calendar-template/I'm thinking about filling them in and then getting one of those cheap plastic frames to display the current month on my desk.
These are great. We put the weekly planner and the menu planner in plastic page protectors, then use a dry-erase marker so we don’t have to reprint every week. Works great!
love this!!! I am actually going to print this and use it to plan my meals for the week and use the to-do as my random groceries needs – i feel better when i know what i’m making for dinner throughout the day! thanks!
I just wanted to say thank you for the link. It is really nice of you to share something that is so helpful. I just love them.
Just wanted to say thanks for the link. I’m going to use these to plan out my meals for the week.
I have some links to sites that are giving away free calendars and pocket books if you need them. http://www.greenmarykay.blogspot.com
I like the weekly format of these printables. I just atarting printing out my windows calendar. I have everything on that and every family member has a color. With a sixth color for entire family activities. I can choose wich format to print. I am going to see which systerm works better for me. With two teenagers, a toddler , a husband and another baby on the way I am LOST without my calendar
I definitely like the weekly format w/the to do. I have a set of inserts I bought that fit Franlin Planners that I’ll be using for the first time in 09. If they work well, I just might have to print these for ’10!
