I ordered my pics on 11/29 with no problems and received them on 12/3. They look great.
I ordered my cards on 11/29 without any problems and received them 12/3. They look great!
i had the same problem. i sacrificed my entire night working on the photocard only to be disappointed. i even got my kids dressed up in the cold and forced them to smile so i could get these done tonight.
I just tried to order my photo cards and was told that this was an invalid code. So I think I have every right to complain that not only did they change the shipping but now they aren't even honoring it at all.
$3.19 for shipping is all you have to pay for 50 beautiful photo cards! Try finding a better deal elsewhere before complaining about the charge.
I received my cards today. I'm more than happy with them. I got my order in before they started charging for shipping but I would have gladly paid the shipping for the cards. The cards were FREE! We've never been able to send out photo cards for Christmas because of the expense so this is a treat for us. I can understand the changes that had to take place. They probably did not expect the number of requests they received. It happens, but hey, the cards were still free and they did a great job on them.
I'm a satisfied customer!! I kept up with your Blogs, Thank you. You were consistent with informing us about the changes as soon as customers complained. Thank you. I couldn't log in at first. They did e-mail me to explain my mistake. This prolonged my chance at using your promo code over 4 days. But, gosh, 60 personalized cards for $5.24?! That's unheard of!! Also, I don't imagine any company analyst could possibly anticipate the outcome of the success in this promotion. I would imagine they ran out of 5×7 size paper. And when the cost of shipping probably started to cost them beyond anyone's expectation, they offered to make it up in cards. How could they know what we know?? That your site, Freebies4Moms has become so popular & loved because you make it so personal and enjoyable for all of us to try all these promos!! Thank you Heather!!
I agree the problem was that they kept changing things. I realize they bit off more than they could chew and that this is a really tough economy for retailers, but hey it's also a tough economy for us consumers. I don't appreciate being lured with false promises. It doesn't take much for a company to sit and think how much can we afford to lose on a promotion or giveaway. If 50 pics is about 25.00 and they can only afford to lose say 5,000 then they should say "this deal is for the first 200" I went to alot of trouble to get a nice family photo only to discover they had changed the rules. A company should always make good on their word.
The thing that makes me mad the most about this whole thing is they kept changing it. Yes they lost a lot of money, and probably a lot of bussiness after the whole changing thing. If I wasnt for me having enough money in my paypal account, I wouldnt have been able to do this. I am a unemployed mom, and I dont have any acsess (sp) to my husbands bank account. If I would have asked him, he would have said no in the blink of an eye. So I think they should have stayed with free shipping.
