Update @ Noon: Check out the Lucky Spin and Win to see if it’s coming to your Walmart this weekend! It’s a chance to win a bag full of beauty samples and is sponsored by Lucky magazine. Thanks goes to Mandy who told me about this FreebiEvent!
It’s true that Walmart is the best source of free samples. This past week Walmart mailed me: Oatmeal Crisp cereal, Biore night serum & daily scrub sample pouches + coupon, and Gillette shampoo + coupon. If you are new to reading my blog, this is a great way to get started sampling new products for free. Just go down the list, there are 13 free sample offers. You won’t see all of these on the current “Free Samples” page on Walmart’s website – that’s because some old offers are still available or are restocked but just not advertised. I keep track so that you won’t miss out on anything!
I hope to shop at Walmart today, and I’ll be picking up a few extra copies of All You (Aug. 29 issue with purple/pink cover) because there are tons of fabulous coupons inside that I can use. You can only buy this magazine at Walmart. If you see one, pick it up and look at pg. 184 for the list of coupons inside. There are a lot of “Free with Purchase” coupons where you can buy inexpensive Kool-Aid packets as your qualifying purchase to earn the free product (Crystal Light, Kraft Salad dressing, Kraft singles, Nabisco Wheat Thin crackers, Oscar Meyer hot dogs). Those coupons make this magazine well worth the under $2 price (newstand price varies by store).
Visit the complete Walmart deals lists from Money Saving Mom , The Centsible Sawyer , and Deal Seeking Mom and if you will be doing any shopping at Walmart this week. They will help you match up those coupons you have with great prices! Just remember that each Walmart store carries a slightly different selection of products and that the prices also vary slightly by region.

I’m glad to be back to my normal blogging schedule and I’ve got all kinds of good stuff planned for the upcoming week including several giveaways, so stay tuned!
Michelle – It depends on what type of coupons you use and what types of products you normally buy. All You is a great magazine for anyone who plays the Drugstore Game (CVS or Walgreens). I normally shop at Walmart and Kroger and find that the All You coupons pay for my subscription. I even pick up a few extra copies when the coupons are really good. To answer your question, this issue was a super one, but past issues have been good too as far as the number of coupons inside. If you consider getting a subscription you may want to shop around for an even lower subscription cost, just be sure to do your research on the company you order it from.
Does ALL YOU always have great coupon deals or does it just happen to be this issue? Wondering cuz if you go to their website you can sign up for trial issues and get 11 additional issues for $21.24Would be nice to have it come in the mail rather than try to remember to check new ones…unless it isn’t usually worth getting…;)
For all those free with purchase coupons in the Aug issue of All You- Kool-Aid packets are a partcipating product. Our local store had the packets on sale, 10/$1.00 so for about $1.50 (plus the cost of the magazine) I got all 5 free items.
Just an FYI… For anyone who is interested in getting Free Peanuts videos (Charlie Brown)and normally purchases Birdseye voila! (they are a cheap, quick, easy, and healthy meal for my family!) I found this offer in the Sept.Wondertime magazine. Basically all you have to do is mail in 3 proofs of purchase and get a DVD free! Please come visit my blog for the full details! Thanks!
Elizabeth – That’s correct. You need to buy 3 participating items for each coupon used. So it only makes sense to use the coupons if you normally buy any of the participating items.
Heather-I love your site and I have learn So much and saved SO much!! I do have a question about the kraft coupons…do you have to buy 3 kraft items to use each coupon? (5 coupons in one magazine x3 kraft items= 15) Do I have this right? Thanks for all you do!!
Thanks for the clarification, Jessica. Pg. 184 is where the list of all the coupons in that issue can be found.
Just a note: in my All You the Kraft coupons are on page 159, not 184.
The forms are so easy to fill out too! Some of the sample form ask a million questions about their products! Wal-mart’s are quick and easy and can mostly be done by Roboform! AND I always receive the ones from Wal-mart! :) I love finding suprise coupons in the samples! WOOT!
Yesterday, my 5-year-old even commented on all the boxes/envelopes from Walmart in the mail. I received the Oatmeal Crisp, Kotex, Pantene and Benefiber all in one day! Looking forward to trying those mini popcorn cakes when they arrive.~Amanda
