*Expired* Host a House Party: Singer Sew Very Easy

by Freebies4Mom on March 9, 2011 12:30 pm

Apply to host a Singer Sew Very Easy House Party for Mother’s Day weekend on May 6, 7 or 8 to make a special project with family and friends, plus get some freebies. If selected as a host you will receive: complimentary use of a new Singer Confidence Stylist sewing machine, attendance to a “Host Only” machine orientation, special offers and discounts for you and your guests from Viking Sewing Gallery and Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, a copy of the Ready, Set, Sew! DVD with projects from “The Martha Stewart Show”, a sewing project and sewing tips created by the experts at Singer Sewing, and a free party pack containing freebies for you and your guests.

Remember to complete the application honestly, because they aren’t necessarily looking for hosts who can throw the biggest parties. Each party uses different criteria to select the hosts and not everyone who applies will be selected. This is a word-of-mouth marketing campaign where companies give customers an opportunity to do some advertising for them.

Find another House Party to apply for and see what’s coming up next. You might also be interested in joining General Mill’s word-of-mouth program Pssst… so you can apply to host a My Get Together (qualifying surveys are emailed out to select Pssst… members).

Please leave a comment to tell us how your party went, I’d like to start sharing your “Party Success Stories” as a new feature on Freebies 4 Mom.

I’m confused; does complimentary use of the sewing machine mean that the party would be held someplace else?

I’m guessing they let you borrow a machine for the party inside your house.
But you still do need to live near a location that offers the training.
