You’ve missed this freebie, but you’ll find all Freebies here.

It’s time to head back to school, and time to help our schools get larger donation fromĀ General MillsĀ® by purchasing participatingĀ Box Topsā„¢ for Education products at Walmart. My oldest son is entering 4th Grade and he was excited to go shopping with me to look for his favorite school breakfast, lunch and snack foods while keeping an eye out forĀ Box Topsā„¢. It’s easy to spot them, just remember to look for the pink labels that are often on the front of the package! I love knowing that my normal grocery purchases are helping fund a brighter future for my sons and other children thanks to the generosity ofĀ General MillsĀ®.

How manyĀ Box Topsā„¢ can you find in my photo?

Look at my photo above! You should be able to spot 16 Box Topsā„¢ for Education labels. Train your family to cut out and save thoseĀ Box Topsā„¢. Every Box Topsā„¢ is worth 10 cents.Ā ThoseĀ Box Topsā„¢ for Education labels are valuable to your local school because they add up to cash (up to $20,000 per school year) that your school can use for anything! I’ve been participating in my school’sĀ Box Topsā„¢ collection drive since my kids started Kindergarten. It’s amazing to be part of this program, because my school has lifetime earnings ofĀ over $10,000 fromĀ Box Topsā„¢.

My Box Tops buy library books for my school

My elementary school is using the cash earned fromĀ Box Topsā„¢ to buy new library books. The wonderful part of theĀ Box Topsā„¢ for Education program is that every school gets to decide how to best use the cash that they earn. Other schools are buying playground equipment, computers, school supplies, funding field trips and more with the cash. There are over 80,000 K-8 Schools participating in this program. And thanks to the collection efforts of every student’s family, that adds up to over $525 million dollars donated to schools since the program launched in 1996. Think about all of the wonderful things that money has bought for our schools!
