I went to Card Store to order my card, the total came to $5.99 when I entered the promotional code the total being billed was $2.99, it did not come up free. What is the problem, is anyone else having the problem?

Please contact Cardstore Customer Service – I’m not sure why the entire cost of your card was not deducted. What type of card was it? Maybe there are some cards that are not included in this promotion.
