Get your unique code for a free one-night Redbox Rental (valid Thursday, February 24) on the Redbox Facebook page under the “FREEBIE” tab when you click on the red circle on the envelope. You will need to grant permission to the “Redbox Fan Freebie” application (delete it later with instructions below). Write your code on your calendar so you don’t forget to use it on Thursday!

Remove Applications on Facebook Go to “Account” at the top right of your personal Facebook page then click on “Privacy Settings”. Look at the bottom left for “Edit your settings’ under Applications and Websites. You can then view all applications you’ve allowed and delete any that you wish by clicking on the “x” on the far right for each application listed. I recommend deleting applications that have access to your profile on a regular basis.

Watch your text messages on the first Monday of each month for your free Redbox Rental code valid only on that day for one-time use (you can not share the code). When you first register for a Redbox account you’re second online Redbox rental will be free. After you create your Redbox account you can subscribe to Text Messages (look under “Edit Notifications & Subscriptions” at “Your Account”) and get a unique code for a free movie rental the first Monday of each month sent to you via text message

You need to make sure you return your one-night movie rental before it’s due to avoid an additional night’s rental fee of $1.00. Check to find your closest Redbox location, there are over 17,000. These codes can only be used “at-the-Redbox” kiosk and can not be used online to reserve the movie you want. You can use each code once per credit card, so if you have more than one credit card you can use the code more than once.
