That start time is 8 pm ET, 6 pm MT, and 5 pm PT. They have 100,000 freebies to give out and they’ll be distributed 12,500 a day, twice a week, every week in May. i counted down to 7 and the page never loaded and it was a blank page it never loaded until they ran out. at least thats what the site said.

I agree with Jennifer too, I think it was a scam. I mean to be on the site at excatly at 8pm and not able to get one that just is weird

  and they’ll be doing it again in a few days (100,000 total for month of
  May). There easily could have been over 100,000 people trying to get it
  tonight (I have 129,000 fans on my Facebook page to give you an idea of how
  HUGE Facebook is).

It never worked and then was reporting it was ‘out’ of them. Seems like Swiffer was pushing a little scam to drive traffic to their page.
