Holland House Cooking Wines and Premium Vinegars are a fabulous way to create your own marinade to prepare meats and veggies for grilling. I just tried the Grilled Rosemary Chicken recipe using Holland House White Cooking Wine and Holland House White Wine Vinegar with fabulous success! My family loved the flavor this marinade added to our chicken, and it was so juicy! Print a coupon to Save $0.50 on Holland House Cooking Wine (expires 12/31/11).

The key to success in this Grilled Rosemary Chicken recipe is marinating the chicken up to 24 hours – prepare the marinade the day before and let the chicken sit in the marinade overnight. I also recommend finding (or making) thin cuts of chicken breast because it’s difficult to cook a thick chicken breast without burning the outside. I took the shortcut offered of using dried Rosemary instead of fresh since I already had it in my pantry.

Now I have the confidence that with the help of Holland House Cooking Wines (look for them near the salad dressing at your grocery store) I can make a fabulous marinade from scratch! If Holland House products are not available at your store, you can purchase Holland House products online. I’m a Mizkan Blogger Advocate and this is a sponsored post.
