I was able to use it on a 3 photo flat 5×7 card shipped, didn’t try the new year’s card. But it only took the code in lower case.

When I chatted with live support you are suppose to be able to pick it up free. Thats what they said.

  When I tried that they charged me full-price. It’s tricky because when you look at it the total is zero, then below it says in-store pick-up charge is $8.50. So, this coupon code is only valid for shipped orders.

I had trouble getting it to take the code at first when I entered it in all CAPS, but then I re-entered in lowercase letters, and it worked!
