I believe that small actions I take every day are an important part of investing in my own wellness. One of these small actions is taking vitamins every day to help fill my nutritional gaps. I prefer buying Nature Made® vitamins because of their high quality and affordable prices. While I was shopping at Walmart, I visited the vitamin aisle near the pharmacy to find the vitamins I need. I shopped at Walmart for Nature Made® vitamins after a recent doctor appointment where I learned that I needed to try to get more vitamin D. I was thrilled that Nature Made® has a high potency Vitamin D3 that is 5,000 IU per pill because that’s the dosage that my doctor recommended. While I was buying my Vitamin D, I also found Omega-3 that comes in a small softgel so it would be easier to take than the “horse pills” I’m currently taking for my Omega-3. I like that I only need to take one softgel per day and there is no fishy odor or aftertaste. I also needed a B-Complex vitamin to take in the morning for cellular energy production and antioxidant support. I like Nature Made®’s Super B-Complex because it contains both Vitamin B-6 and Vitamin B-12 plus some other vitamins. I’m so glad I took the time to invest in my wellness with Nature Made® vitamins!
